We needed to replace our 2023 Camry that was totaled from flooding, so we went to Toyota of Hollywood to find a RAV4 that I found online. I had my wife stop by to look at it and she was satisfied with it. Wh flooding, so we went to Toyota of Hollywood to find a RAV4 that I found online. I had my wife stop by to look at it and she was satisfied with it. When we got there, I was told that the vehicle was sold last night. Our sales lady Carlota was trying to find a RAV4 Limited that would work for me. While she was doing that we began taking care of our old contracts on the Camry with Darwin (Finance) and he mentioned the Toyota Crown may be a better fit for us. We had Carlota check on the Crown for us and she found a Crown Platinum. We ended up purchasing the Crown Platinum and so far, we're incredibly happy with it. The sale was excellent, and everyone was professional and courteous although it was a long day and difficult for me being a totally disabled combat wounded veteran. I have been buying my vehicles from this dealership since the 1970s and have always been happy with the sales, service, and treatment. Thank You !!! More
