I am very satisfied with the attention and service that I recently received from Service Manager Dan Metts. I brought my 2020 Highlander in for a scheduled 8:00am appointment, and after seeing a very long li recently received from Service Manager Dan Metts. I brought my 2020 Highlander in for a scheduled 8:00am appointment, and after seeing a very long line at 7:30 I asked Dan if I would be delayed. He personally saw that I was not and by 8:10am my car was pulled into the Service Area. Dan actually arranged a round trip Uber ride home as Recall work was necessary. More
