Customer service communication terrible between mechanics and service agents . Salesperson was way too busy to take my appointment and manager assisted after telling me it would take an hour it ended up 4 ho and service agents . No one notified me throughout my waiting of the long wait time. I had my toddler with me and the least that could’ve been done is to notify me with possible ride home. More
