Car purchased 1/7/2024. Our salesman (Jawad) stated that the service department would detail the car within 30 days, The service department doesn't know anything about th Our salesman (Jawad) stated that the service department would detail the car within 30 days, The service department doesn't know anything about this and will not give a service date. Resolved: 2/5/2024 The salesman kept our handicap license plate and would not return the plate. I want it back since I have a collection of all my old plates. Unresolved: I had to go to the DMV and purchase a handicap placard. I still do not have a plate. The car come with only one key and the second key was misplaced by another salesman. He said when they find the key we could get. He could not find the key and could not authorize a replacement. I think a manager should authorize the replacement. Resolved: key received 2/19/24 More
