I stayed in the dealer for almost 6 hours, without counting the hours of negotiation the day before. But the worst part and what makes you run away as fast as you can was the loud music.... unbearable! I don't know what makes them think that the music they play is good for the business. Some people were complaining about the fact that is was difficult to speak, even concentrate, with the loud noise. Guys, change the genre and turn the volume down, please. I guaranteed that people will feel better and the experience will be so much good. More

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation, even with an appointment you have long wait times. The technician that did my oil change never reset my car after the oil change, and I had to come back the ne an appointment you have long wait times. 5th time I have been here, first three times I have 5 stars, last two times have been terrible. Truck came out filthy last two times. I had them replace a flat tire and they refused to put the spare back stars, last two times have been terrible. Truck came out filthy last two times. I had them replace a flat tire and they refused to put the spare back under the truck. I had to get under the truck and replace the spare in the service line myself while the staff watched. Hopefully they can fix their issues. The service has really fallen off lately. More
