I’m unsure about the work done on my car, which ended up costing me nearly $1,000, with a 1,200-mile warranty. Toyota mentioned they replaced the spark plugs and the gearbox oil. They also installed a new front right light and repaired the bumper for $500, using a replacement light that I provided. However, I'm disappointed because I specifically asked the service advisor if they would fix a few scratches and a dent on the back right side bumper, and he assured me it would be done, but it wasn't. I feel like I paid a significant amount and still have questions about what was actually accomplished. It is hard trusting, hoping that I can realize with time that Toyota is a company of integrity. More
