I recently took my 2023 Tundra in for service, only to discover that it was returned to me missing a wheel lock. After contacting the service advisor, I was assured that they would look into it. However, discover that it was returned to me missing a wheel lock. After contacting the service advisor, I was assured that they would look into it. However, I never received any follow-up from them. Frustrated, I decided to visit the service center in person, where the advisor promised to discuss the issue with the manager. Now I find myself having to wait and make another trip in person just to retrieve the lost wheel lock. It has been almost a month now and they still haven't resolved this simple issue. Terrible place. DO NOT buy or take your car there for service. More
