Initially assigned with an aggressive salesman but that was turned around as soon as I reported the salesman and I weren’t a match to work together . The Sales manager listened to my concerns and I assigne was turned around as soon as I reported the salesman and I weren’t a match to work together . The Sales manager listened to my concerns and I assigned an experienced salesman that took care of me and I would happily recommend him. The car I purchased was being turned around fast plus there was a remodel going on so finding the keys were difficult. The two disappointments I had were it was not disclosed there were one set of keys to car I purchased before my signing and the detail of the car was far from Toyota quality. My experience in North Carolina with Toyota far exceeds my experience here. I do think the dealership tried and I’m waiting to see if they will take responsibility and buy the second set of keys knowing it wasn’t disclosed. More

The sales team was very nice, however the Finance (SETF) Co. continues to HARASS me and take lease payments AFTER I bought the car and PAID IN FULL. I spoke to sales assistant and was told that they could Co. continues to HARASS me and take lease payments AFTER I bought the car and PAID IN FULL. I spoke to sales assistant and was told that they could not call Finance and I would have to. When I called SETF my only phone option was to leave a message and they would call me back within 9 days. They DID NOT. I just received ANOTHER letter asking for a LEASE payment. I can only hope this does not damage my credit score. I will NOT be recommending TOYOTA OF HOLLYWOOD to anyone in the future. PLEASE call off your Finance company. More
