I purchased a car and as part of the trade-in, I had a positive balance of $400 dollars. They said they would send me a check, but it never arrived. Andris, my service rep was great as always. I do wish that it wouldn’t take so long for an oil change especially when I get there at 0700. My main concern is that I have asked for an estimate f I do wish that it wouldn’t take so long for an oil change especially when I get there at 0700.
