I had to return because my recent oil change didn't go well. Filter was leaking oil and my new 12 month old battery failed. Took 3 hours. But all fixed under warranty. Good now well. I bought my car a Toyota of Hollywood brand new and made all maintenance appointments, took my car in for the 25000 maintenance a the dealer told me I needed 4 brand new tires @ 24600 miles Why didn’t no all maintenance appointments, took my car in for the 25000 maintenance a the dealer told me I needed 4 brand new tires @ 24600 miles Why didn’t notified me earlier like 15000 or 20000 miles that’ tell me that they have not been rotating the tires like they claim on the paperwork, I have been buying Toyota products since 1996 and never had I had to replace tires at 24600 I always get at least 40000 miles, well I am very disappointed I am going to replace the tires but I am not taking my car back to Toyota of Hollywood I don’t trust them to do proper maintenance on my car. More

Initially assigned with an aggressive salesman but that was turned around as soon as I reported the salesman and I weren’t a match to work together . The Sales manager listened to my concerns and I assigne was turned around as soon as I reported the salesman and I weren’t a match to work together . The Sales manager listened to my concerns and I assigned an experienced salesman that took care of me and I would happily recommend him. The car I purchased was being turned around fast plus there was a remodel going on so finding the keys were difficult. The two disappointments I had were it was not disclosed there were one set of keys to car I purchased before my signing and the detail of the car was far from Toyota quality. My experience in North Carolina with Toyota far exceeds my experience here. I do think the dealership tried and I’m waiting to see if they will take responsibility and buy the second set of keys knowing it wasn’t disclosed. More
