LACK OF TRANSPARENCY! !!! The people of Toyota of Hollywood don't represent the values of our country and when avaricious persons are on top of any business you can imagine !!! The people of Toyota of Hollywood don't represent the values of our country and when avaricious persons are on top of any business you can imagine the lower positions values too!!! HOPE THIS HELPS OTHERS NOT TO BE FOOLED AS I WAS!!! This was my first experience buying a car by myself and they took all the advantages they could!!! On 12/10/23, The salesman, JERSON EMILIO, sold me 2020 Toyota Corolla in $ 24,348 and with dealer fee went to $28,348. Not counting the very high interest!!! When I arrived home I discovered the car was advertised in $21,059. Had been involved in an accident, they didn't tell me, the car has oxidation inside, signs of water issues, of course didn't tell. (I didn't know I had the right of a car report I returned on 12/11/23 and spoke to James Fallarcaro, used sales manager, and told that they had sold me a liar and wasn't comfortable with it that I wanted to cancel the contract. He said "Hmmm" I insisted that was a liar and again "Hmmm you can't cancel" and ordered to the salesman,Jerson Emilio Franci, keep away from him, very dishonest, lack of values, liar etc.!!!! to reduce $1,000. As a wasn't ok paying such amount of money for a car in that condition went to speak to Said Alkhalaf, General sales manager, and he told that was pretty normal in an used car of 3 years old to have rust and that I had 30 days of warranty and a special service to do whatever it needs to be fixed. . Also argued the price and he tried to explain to me that they overpaid my trade in and bla, bla, bla but mathematics don't lie and his numbers didn't match the advertising. When I took the car for "special service" they didn't fix anything because the tires that were in bad conditions weren't included, the bumper that was slightly wrong was esthetic, they only tied screwball, something like that! Today, one month later I had to change the tires. I NEVER IMAGINED THAT SUCH A BIG DEALER WOULD DO THIS, SELLING CARS IN THIS CONDITIONS WITHOUT SPEAKING TRANSPARENT!!! More
