Repair was not done in timely manner. I was promised my Tundra will be repaired in 2 days time. Terrible experience, and I won't be returning. When I called to express my concerns to the manager, I was placed on hold and eventually disconnected. Despite their assertion that my vehicle had been serviced, I discovered a punctured tire that the service center claimed they couldn't find. The service report mentioned an under-the-hood review, but upon inspection, it was clear that no such examination had taken place. Extremely unsatisfactory service - I strongly recommend seeking assistance elsewhere and avoiding this #ToyotaCareLESS. More
