The service report mentioned an under-the-hood review, but upon inspection, it was clear that no such examination had taken place. Extremely unsatisfactory service - I strongly recommend seeking assistance elsewhere and avoiding this #ToyotaCareLESS. More

Repair was not done in timely manner. I was promised my Tundra will be repaired in 2 days time. I just needed a general maintenance of oil changed and tires rotated and the whole process took 5 hours. When I called and texted several times it took an hour before somewhere called to update me.
