This establishment has an online store called discount monster part, it does not display a phone number, but only an address that links it to the Toyota of Hollywood, in our experience we ordered few part monster part, it does not display a phone number, but only an address that links it to the Toyota of Hollywood, in our experience we ordered few parts and never received any email confirmation (WE CHECKED THE SPAM TOO), then we follow up with email, NO REPLY, we check our C.C, the name appeared as Jeep dealership, so we called them, they were super nice and cooperative and clarify that the charge was not from them, so we kept calling the Toyota dealership, the part manager wouldn't take our call, nor would he return our call. The reply with email was made up stories and false information and blaming Jeep dealership, if we were not equipped with all screenshots and trail of documents, over $1400 would have been gone, then the part manager stated that parts are on back order with NO ETA, (That was 100% LIE) it was and to this day is available, we asked, if that's the case why did you hold on to the fund, No response. Every statement that part manager who was communicating only through email made was either inaccurate/false. The New car manager would state that he will have someone call, but no one did, no one cared for days of many emails calls and follow up, nothing. There were several voice mail left for the GM, no reply, till few days later that the GM called and stated he is on vacation!!! The entire time we called, and asked for the GM of the store, every time we were told he is either in meeting or he is not available. On our call with the GM, he stated that he has been with the company for 24 years, yet he could not tell us why his hidden online part department is using the neighboring Jeep Dealership to display on the credit card charges, however he was bragging about selling 1400 unit a month. This review is based on facts and documents, screenshots, email chain to leadership team of Jeep dealership and Toyota of Hollywood dealership, the corporate office of Toyota of Hollywood (Craig Zinn Automotive Group) displayed phone number on Google search announce Hurricane Hot line. We are committed not to conduct any future business with this establishment as well its family of dealership, the conclusion was a none sincere apology without any follow up or proper explanation. It is extremely important that if you decide to do business with this company, hold on to every document and call log, and maybe you can save yourself from loosing your fund but not wasting much time to stop the abuse. The attached screenshot are only small portion of our communication with this dealership in matter of days and hours that took to resolve the issue. More
