He subsequently stated that I would wait elsewhere and pay for a battery, as if this were a compelling reason to change my decision to not wait. It is worth noting that the existing battery was not an official Toyota battery but an aftermarket one obtained from the same location. I intend to escalate this matter to the corporate office for resolution. More

Terrible experience.
