We bought a Toyota Camry hybrid 2023 on Father’s Day weekend. We paid for the car to have leather interior. At the time of buying the car - it was promised that the upgrade will be done the very next da weekend. We paid for the car to have leather interior. At the time of buying the car - it was promised that the upgrade will be done the very next day within 6 hrs and we can have a rental car until then. 3 weeks rolled by and the rep, Hayden- kept making excuses one after the other as to the leather hasn’t arrived, person to do leather not available, going to visit grandparents, cannot give rental car etc etc. this dealership is all about selling on the spot - making pies in the sky promises….saying everything they can to get your money. After the paperwork is done - say goodbye to customer service. VERY DISAPPOINTED More

Very disappointing. Leased 2 cars from in past and so I thought they would continue to want to keep my business moving forward. I went in once , not even close to making happen what I needed to get into car ok fine I’ll look elsewhere. Got called back numerous asking to come in again saying they wanna make it happen. Ok I give benefit of doubt and go back . They start offering me deals even worse than what they offered when I came in week before. No I def do not want your xxxxty Corolla for $31000 when I can buy a Tesla for $32000 after rebates. They told me their markup after msrp is 4-5000$. That’s Just taking advantage and I call that greedy. Ive called other Toyotas and their markups are like 1000-2000$ after msrp so I know its BS! What a waste of my time - if you have other ppl willing to be conned fine but why waste my time and yours and beg me to come in again. Shame bc I loved this dealership but clearly being run into ground now. More

Have used this dealerships service dept for years now whenever I leased a Toyota. I have a new 2022 Camry XSE which I have been unable to get service done on my Toyota here. All I needed as an oil change whenever I leased a Toyota. I have a new 2022 Camry XSE which I have been unable to get service done on my Toyota here. All I needed as an oil change and tire rotation and first time we waited over 5 hours to finally have to take the car back without ever being looked at. Giving them a second chance, went back in June. Again was quoted 3-4 hours for an oil change on a Saturday morning. I wouldn’t leave he vehicle I ended driving far to my seller dealership and had it done in an hour. Working people do not have the luxury of time for it to take over half a day to get routine service done. This is the closest Toyota dealership to my home, unfortunately it had completely gone down the drain. New ownership? I don’t know. More

At the price charged, I asked to see a new car. Bobby wouldn't do it. I should have walked. Hindsight is 20/20. I received 2 responses to call to try to make my experience better. I called both numbers several times and also called the General Manager and left several messages. Nobody called back. One would think that they would call me.. Toyota of Hollywood only cares about moving iron. They do not live up to the image Toyota USA wants to promote. I should have known better being involved in the automotive industry. I got taken. No way to run a business. Overpriced and not taking responsiblity for the actions. Ignoring my needs and wants. They should take the Women Certified course that was offered. Not just take advantage and then blow us off. I would now expect to hear from the GM to see how this can be resolved. Bet it won't happen! More
