I spent an entire day going from one Toyota dealer to another. My main complaint regarding those other dealers was the fact that they were more interested in what they can sale to me but not what I wanted. Frustrated with process, I called Toyota dealer of Hollywood. The lady on the phone was kind enough to connect me with Richard. Richard was more concerned about the features I was looking for and the event that led to my car accident and much less concern about my credit score. In less than 2 hours I was behind the wheel of my Toyota Camry hybrid XLE with all the bells and whistles I wanted. During the whole process, Richard answered all my questions with deep respect and interest. Being so satisfied with my purchase, I went back this month to ick up the Toyota Camry XSE for my wife and the experience and the service have been the same. I also have to mention that Sandy Vaugh was very helpful in the finance department. She provided all the necessary details while signing the papers. Looking forward to see you guys soon More

Your internet sales manager, Javar Crockett is a fraud and really bad sales person. He quoted me for a new Sienna in email $57000 and asked me to come to the dealership. Once there, he jacked up the price and really bad sales person. He quoted me for a new Sienna in email $57000 and asked me to come to the dealership. Once there, he jacked up the price by $10000., Classic bait and switch. Such a bad human being. This is what Toyota of Hollywood is teaching their sales rep. I will never do business with such an unethical dealership. More

I made an appointment to have a routine check up of my car. The appointment was made 5 days in advance for a Tuesday afternoon. When I got there, the lady that received me was very courteous. However, I w car. The appointment was made 5 days in advance for a Tuesday afternoon. When I got there, the lady that received me was very courteous. However, I was told the person that was to assist me as per my appointment was not available. She tried to have someone else assist me with registering but no one wanted to take more costumers (not a good sign). She quickly found someone to assist me. But that person told me they were too packed today, and if he registered me, I would have to wait an average of 4 hours before they could look at my car. Four hours! That + whatever it would take to have my car serviced! With an appointment made 5 days in advance! I don't want to speculate what happens when one has no appointment. I do not blame the employees as much as I do the administration. I understand the amount of costumers fluctuates and is not predictable but they should give priority to appointments over walk-ins, not give out more appointments than they can handle, and not take in walk-ins if they are full. And, if there is (unexpectedly) insufficient work force that day, they need some system to call or text costumers with appointments if they can't be serviced that day. That's what they have one's phone number for. I wasted time driving there. Will never go back there! More
