First time going to Toyota Hollywood It was an experience. Being that I work on a dealership I know it can get hectic. I had a 8am appt to get tires and waited over 4 hours in the lobby area. My service guy named Arian M. was friendly and polite but a colleague (Fidel M) was very rude when I asked for assistance as I was f the lobby area. My service guy named Arian M. was friendly and polite but a colleague (Fidel M) was very rude when I asked for assistance as I was feeling unwell from waiting so long. He said it "well it's your lucky day to have to wait 4 hours" and refused to look up my work order. I told him he didn't need to be rude and he sais he wasn't rude. I reported it to his Manager Dan. It was all a terrible experience just to spend my money there. I won't do it again. I have worked in customer service for many years and this was very poor service. It cost me over $800 to be insulted. I don't usually have a problem with service at Toyota of Hollywood, so I would still recommend them, but this time was terrible, because of the wait time and the lack of courtesy from Fidel M. More

Toyota of Hollywood checks all the boxes for the reason to avoid a Car Dealer. On Dec-17, I found a vehicle in their website that matches with what I was looking for, call them immediately and I was transf to avoid a Car Dealer. On Dec-17, I found a vehicle in their website that matches with what I was looking for, call them immediately and I was transfer to Javar Crockett, who was very nice and confirmed the car was available, at the MSRP listed (65K) and no markups since I was local, I just needed to go there first time next day since is was late, and put the deposit and the car will be sold to me. I went there as agreed, however, I was told the car was never available, however they can get in 47 days a similar car if I pay a markup of 15K. Old tactics, all lies, I will make sure I share the good and the bad experiences, this was very bad. I read all reviews online, and decided to give them a chance, but end up being the same experience many had and shared. Do your homework, research and read the reviews. More
