Have used this dealerships service dept for years now whenever I leased a Toyota. I have a new 2022 Camry XSE which I have been unable to get service done on my Toyota here. All I needed as an oil change whenever I leased a Toyota. I have a new 2022 Camry XSE which I have been unable to get service done on my Toyota here. All I needed as an oil change and tire rotation and first time we waited over 5 hours to finally have to take the car back without ever being looked at. Giving them a second chance, went back in June. Again was quoted 3-4 hours for an oil change on a Saturday morning. I wouldn’t leave he vehicle I ended driving far to my seller dealership and had it done in an hour. Working people do not have the luxury of time for it to take over half a day to get routine service done. This is the closest Toyota dealership to my home, unfortunately it had completely gone down the drain. New ownership? I don’t know. More

At the price charged, I asked to see a new car. Bobby wouldn't do it. I should have walked. Hindsight is 20/20. I received 2 responses to call to try to make my experience better. I called both numbers several times and also called the General Manager and left several messages. Nobody called back. One would think that they would call me.. Toyota of Hollywood only cares about moving iron. They do not live up to the image Toyota USA wants to promote. I should have known better being involved in the automotive industry. I got taken. No way to run a business. Overpriced and not taking responsiblity for the actions. Ignoring my needs and wants. They should take the Women Certified course that was offered. Not just take advantage and then blow us off. I would now expect to hear from the GM to see how this can be resolved. Bet it won't happen! More

Again they called me after more than two weeks waiting for my car keys. I arrive at 8:00 am on a Sunday and at 12:30 they tell me they could not configured the control. I feel this people don’t care about nothing and now I don’t feel even safe. Again the worst dealer. The manager and the staff don’t care about the costumer. They don’t respect the clients. We are just numbers. I’m leaving the dealer without my key because in the first placed they loosened and I also lost my rest day. More

My mom took her Toyota Corolla to do her service and when she went to pick up her car somebody from the the inside of Toyota stole her control… she w My mom took her Toyota Corolla to do her service and when she went to pick up her car somebody from the the inside of Toyota stole her control… she went to the speak with the manager of the service manager and the guy didn’t do anything and was very un respectful with her, now my mom is really worry somebody can come and stole her car because somebody has her remote!!!! How you tell a costumer you don’t know what happens with your car keys if your mechanic are the one who should know . A remote cost $450 so we have to paid for it???? This is the words experience by far. No respecte for people and integrity. More

On 2-7-2023 I purchassed a 2023 Toyota Tacoma. The dealer charged me 6% sales tax $1411.56 plus $435.00 Tag and License Fee. Month and a half later I received the North Carolina Tag with a bill fo The dealer charged me 6% sales tax $1411.56 plus $435.00 Tag and License Fee. Month and a half later I received the North Carolina Tag with a bill for $314.29 attached with it to pay for the NC Property Tax. The dealer is balking paying for this and would not answer my phone. So far, I regret purchasing a vehicle from this dealer and would not recommend anyone from purchasing a vehicle from them. The dealer was very excited taking the money from me but not so excited completing the vehicle registration where they have to pay $314.29 (from the funds that I paid them to do so). More
