I was prepared for my appointment to take more than an hour but when it was over 3 hours and I was still waiting with no update, I began to get frustrated. Then when I went to see what was going on after hour but when it was over 3 hours and I was still waiting with no update, I began to get frustrated. I’ve had an outstanding experience with Mr. Mitts at Toyota of Hollywood’s service department. Every time I visit, he is incredibly attentive and takes the time to explain what work needs to be Mitts at Toyota of Hollywood’s service department.
