Very very unhappy about service,I had service on 16 march 2025 for my Lexus,I bought the here and did my service here too,I called and ask to do appointment only for change oil,when I came I told the MICHAEL 2025 for my Lexus,I bought the here and did my service here too,I called and ask to do appointment only for change oil,when I came I told the MICHAEL JONES that I need ONLY change oil,I repeated it 3 times,he said “don’t worry we will just check your car and do inspection,if we need something to do we will not to do it without your permission,maximum you will pay 114$ for everything which includes changing oil,rotation and filters”. Then,when I went to restroom he called my husband to sign a paper and didn’t explain nothing!!!!!, my husband didn’t read he thought it is only for change oil because he was hearing how i said 3 times only change oil,we were very tired since we drove from key west 4 hours and was waiting to get a service about 2 hours with toddler and I’m 9 months pregnant was not easy for us,and at the end he gave us invoice for 269$ without any explanation and he sad that we are signed and have to pay,he was very very rude,we was trusted to Toyota service and if we knew that they will charge us 3 times more I would not drive 4 hours to here,I’m very disappointed 😔.Michael Jones was very very rude to us,I never thought that such a big company like Toyota can be lying to their customers(tell on the beginning one amount and at the end totally different amount,) I hope Toyota customer service will do something with this situation,I’m very disappointed and unhappy,I do not recommend to nobody to go there,I don’t want to no one has the same situation like me and will overpay like me!!!!!!!! I use to recommend this place to all my friends and family,but no more!!!!!!!! Very very upset 😢,I was thinking to buy a new car from this dealership but after this situation I will not coming back and will recommend to everybody not to go there!!!!! More
I came with a check engine light, he explained all the detail that it would take 4-5 hours and he would call to update. He never called after 5 hours.
