I bought my Corolla over 3 years ago and have been servicing my vehicle with them since that time. Each time I visit I'm treated as a valued customer and told my estimated wait time. There was this one time when my wait would be more than 3 hours and their courtesy vehicle drove me home and returned when the job was completed. If there are things needed outside of the normal service I'm told my options and I don't feel pressured to buy anything. I'm escorted to the cashier and dealt with professionally. I enjoy going there and would recommend them for servicing. More

I was so nervous that I was going to be late for work, but I spoke with Bill and he fixed my car right away. Even though he said it was the fastest he's ever replaced a starter, he did a great job! I've waited in the past at dealerships for hours, and it seems they don't care where you need to be, but Toyota of Hollywood was the total opposite.
