Unfortunately, I did not receive any update or call throughout the day, and by 5 PM, I was still left waiting for information. This lack of communication is unacceptable and demonstrates a disregard for customer time and satisfaction. Effective customer service is built on clear communication and respect for the client’s schedule, and this experience fell far short of those standards.
