Mike was nothing but first class during the initial steps through delivery. He was very detailed on operation of the vehicle during our test drive, and was very thorough after purchase and pick-up. Glad he waked me through the setting up of the seats to the programming garage door opener to flipping around the console compartment tray. Love the color even more than the picture. Additionally, would like to shout out to Matt during initial sale and looking at my trade-in Mustang, and quick response to pricing. I am happy with the service and the price by Kent Toyota. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful including Alex. Would recommend this dealer to anyone, and make usre you look up Mike and Matt. More
