Checking in and out was handled ok. Most of the work done isn't visible for me to see. I can only trust and hope that it was actually done and done well. The service report listed what was supposed to be done. It stated fluids were topped off. I checked and found that both the windshield wiper and radiator fluids had not been topped off. How am I supposed to have complete confidence in the service department when I found that? More
