John always takes the time to explain the options available and the timing of the service/repairs required. John is a straight shooter in the many years of working with him. With regard to the Sales Department and my February 2024 purchase of my 2024 Camry XSE, from the first meeting with Andria Allgood, Certified Toyota Representative - Sales in January through the delivery date, the Andria did a great job in being fair in the new car pricing and matching external benchmarks on the 2011 Camry trade-in value. As the Camry XSE was being built, Andria kept me updated of all relevant details on the vehicle's production date and delivery date. The February 21st vehicle turnover process of over 1 hour was performed by Andria in a complete and "non-rushed" atmosphere, until I felt comfortable with all the new "bells and whistles". I had a significant value happen to my car, and went to this dealer to see what used cars they had. I test drove 1 car and was excited about it so we figured out how to make it work with what I wanted to s this dealer to see what used cars they had.
