Sold me a badly wrecked car, told me it was clean, had a clean CarFax and that it was fresh off a lease. Well it turns out the CarFax was NOT clean, and the car had been in a major wreck with a new (bad) clean CarFax and that it was fresh off a lease. I just wanted to write up my recent experience at Toyota of Kirkland. Hands down, it was the best experience at a car dealership that I've ever had. Once we agreed upon a price, the paperwork was drawn up and I was so grateful they didn't try to hard sell any accessories or add-ons. They understood what I wanted and needed, and the signing went quickly. Stephanie also showed off their convenient web site where we scheduled my first service visit at the beginning of next year, which of course falls under the 2-year Toyota Maintenance plan which is another great benefit. Although the new car was brand new with only 6 miles on it, they took the time to wash it again until there wasn't a speck on it, inside or out. Roger gave me an excellent overview of the car's unique features and then drove the car to my own home several miles away. More

Roger Carr was very knowledgeable about the new Scion FR-S. He used a no pressure sales method (Because the car sells itself to enthusiasts like us) and we got the payment and deal exactly where I wanted FR-S. Unless you really enjoy the crazy bartering, negotiations, walking away and all that unfriendly stuff, this is a GREAT place to buy a car. I found the sales department of Toyota of Kirkland Excellent. I met Roger and he explained me all the details about the vehicle and was knowlegeable as well. On my first visit, i was not able to close Excellent. I met Roger and he explained me all the details about the vehicle and was knowlegeable as well. On my first visit, i was not able to close the deal since my asking price was not affordable to them. But they told me that they would followup. They did followup within a week and the manager CJ Singh talked to me. He was very honest and also told me various options. I went to the showroom next day and closed the deal. It was a pain free experience. In absence of Roger, David helped me on the day of closing. Financing department was great as well although i think they can reduce the time they spend on explaining the different maintainence packages. I would definitely recommend Toyota of Kirkland to other friends and relatives. More
