Actually, the review covers more than one visit to your service department. Once I found out that none of the work that had been done in the multiple times my car was in for service, I wrote the review. My car was in for service for the same thing numerous times with different things supposedly done each time, when in fact, none of those things were done. The battery was replaced as reported 50,000 miles ago. The other 2 batteries that were supposed put in were never put in, the dome light that showed damage and we were told was replaced wasn't replaced, etc. We were told service was performed and parts replaced, yet according to record, none of it was done. Your service department never really addressed the cause of why my car would fail to start and leave me stranded over a dozen times.
