I felt that they listened intently to what I said I could afford, and they met *me*, rather than the other way around. They found a Toyota Matrix that was more than what I was originally considering, but within the price guidelines that I had set out there. This was the most satisfying car buying experience I have ever had. The sales people were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Without any pressure we were able to reach a mutuallly agreeable price. After the purchase was complete, they discovered a scratch on the car. When it was determined it would need more than a simple repair, Toyota of Kirkland agreed to find us a replacement car which they did in very short order. Not only did we get a replacement car to our liking, it had additional options from the original car we had purchased and we received these options at no extra charge. They went that extra mile without even blinking an eye. We always felt like we were their number one priority. More

Have had my Highlander in numerous times for service. Work said done has not been done. Turns out a review of the service record by another dealer just yesterday showed that the only service that was co Work said done has not been done. Turns out a review of the service record by another dealer just yesterday showed that the only service that was completed as promised was a battery replacement 50,000 miles ago. The last time Toyota of Kirkland had my vehicle and supposed replaced a dome light and check the entire electrical system for possible drain/short, NOTHING was actually done. All the other work the other multiple visits that was paid for was NOT done at all. More

They stayed very very late just trying to get me what I wanted and providing me all the info that a buyer may want to have. The price offering is very competitive - in fact, they offered the best price among the dealers in the area. Unfortunately I was not able to get a car from them as they did not have the exact options and color available in their stock and I needed a car right away. Also, they did try to get the car for me from other dealers in the region. Anyway, even though I ended up buying from Magic Toyota, but I had a better customer service experience from Toyota of Kirkland, which is why I am writing this review. More

I can say from experience that Toyota of Kirkland has their act together. They were far and above any dealership I visited and exceeded my expectations for a used car buying experience. The people, the car I bought, and the whole experience was outstanding. I would highly reccomend Toyota of Kirkland to anyone, I'd definitely buy there again! When my husband and I recently went to Toyota of Kirkland to purchase a new Toyota Highlander, we were extremely impressed with the efficiency, patience, and helpfulness of our salesperson, Paria. The whole to purchase a new Toyota Highlander, we were extremely impressed with the efficiency, patience, and helpfulness of our salesperson, Paria. The whole reason we went to TOK instead of somewhere else is she responded the fastest to our initial email requesting dealership offers/suggestions. She called almost immediately. She was very patient answering our many questions, her enthusiasm for Toyotas was evident, and she did everything she could possibly do to make sure we made the right choice of car for our lifestyle and needs. I found the dealership itself very clean, well-organized, and all the employees very welcoming and helpful. Paria is a stand-out and even called us to make sure eveything was okay once we had purchased the beautiful car. We couldn't be more pleased with our Toyota Highlander---we just took it on a long road trip and it was such a dream to drive including in snowstorms in mountain passes and in heavy rains, that it really made the whole trip more pleasant for us. The GPS system eliminated the need for maps and worked beautifully. The car rides very smoothly and all of the extra features are great, including the sound system on the CD player. It's by far the best car we've ever owned. So, again, both Paria and your dealership get five stars out of five from us. I said from the moment I walked in the door that I was not going to buy a car that day. Before I went on a test drive, they asked me for the keys to my vehicle to look at it. Unknown to me at the time, while I was on a test drive, someone from the dealership went through my glove box looking for the registration to my vehicle. I realized this when they gave me the registration back when I left to return home. I was very upset that they went through my private property without my permission. I asked why they had it and was told they always ask for it. My late husband and I have bought many cars in the last 25 years and nobody has ever asked for our registration. I told them 6 or 7 times that I was not going to buy a car that day because I needed to think about it first. They kept coming at me with offer after offer. The last offer I was told was only good that day. I got up and said I was leaving because I didn't appreciate it because I had already said many times that I needed to go home and think about it. I was not going to forced into anything. They lost a sale and I will not return to their dealership. I do want to say that Michael L. was nothing but curtious to me. More
