A big dealership that needs to move a lot of cars will almost always skimp on serving an individual customer with personalized care and attention. Lancaster Toyota is no different. Sure, they tried to pro almost always skimp on serving an individual customer with personalized care and attention. Lancaster Toyota is no different. Sure, they tried to provide answers to all my questions, but they definitely do the bare minimum of customer service. They also will add extra costs to any vehicle cost without mentioning this upfront (a classic dealer trick), so you have to tell them you want things like their own extended warranty or gap coverage to be removed. The finance department will try to review your deal as fast as possible so be careful that you understand everything each of the 20x you’re asked to sign or initial. More
