We live in in a town with a Toyota dealer, however the service we have received from them in the past has been, needless to say, far below industry standards. Which is why we called and Stephanie was very helpful she gave us all the insight into what was needed for our vehicles. Along with setting the appointments up at the same time, conveniently making no need for dual trips.
