My parents went in early to scope out some cars and they picked out three that were in my price range but, known of which the make/model I preferred. They had first spoke with Finn, but when I came to look after work, Finn was busy then Collin jumped right in to help. Collin was very sweet and understanding of my picky preference. He knew exactly what I wanted based off of my nit picky negatives of the car I test drove. I looked at a Honda Civic and before I could even put a word on how awful the inside looked he went and picked out my car to look it. As soon as he brought my car over , he knew I didn’t like the civic. My car on the other hand was beautiful and I didn’t even pick it out, he did! Once we got inside he handled himself very well considering my mom was asking him too many personal question. Overall great experience and very cute salesman! More
2 hour wait with appointment. I always make an appointment before coming in, and it’s always taken a minimum of two hours for an oil change. It’s also disappointing that the fluids I always make an appointment before coming in, and it’s always taken a minimum of two hours for an oil change. It’s also disappointing that the fluids were not refilled. Other auto service places do refill fluids and have better prices, and the service is faster. More

The 14 year goodbye I brought my Camry in for service and to check for a noise I thought I heard. I was given an estimate was given an estimated cost of $94.53. Later I I brought my Camry in for service and to check for a noise I thought I heard. I was given an estimate was given an estimated cost of $94.53. Later I was told my water pump needed replacement. I could not afford to pay for replacing the pump at that time. When I picked up the car I had a bill for $215.18 When I questioned it I was told I had been charged $140.00 for notifying me that the water pump was defective. I had not been told there would be a charge or estimate for that service. I paid and was told my car was in the parking lot (where in normally is for pickup). After walking all over the lot and not finding it the shuttle driver saw me and tracked it down in the back area where customers are not allowed. I came home and called to cancel the next days appointment which was scheduled for my truck. So after 14 years with your dealership I am done. And just as I am about to purchase the 2020 Camry. Great timing! More
