I had a scheduled appointment with Justin Neuburger and he saw me immediately upon my arrival. Everything I had discussed with Justin during our phone conversations, he delivered as promise. He clearly explained the car purchasing process and he answered all my questions and concerns. Justin stated "I won't let you leave until you are totally happy with the purchase of your car. I couldn't believe that buying a car could be and should be that easy. Justin was with me almost through the entire process. In fact the time he was not with me was, when I saw Jamie House who guided me through the signing of the important documents to purchase my car.
