Their quick, extremely polite, and make their customers feel important. The new car sales department promises rebates to get you in the door and then states they got you mixed up with another client. They also promise 1.9 percent financing when they also apparently got that mixed up with the 3.9 that was available to me. If they would have been honest to begin with the internet manager probably would have made a sale. This was after he already ran my credit so their shouldn’t have been any mixups on what he could have offered. Everything changed when I said I didn’t want to purchase any extra warranties. Just wanted a quick out the door price as I have health problems and can’t spend countless hours in the dealership. Service guys doing maintenance on my truck are great. Sales guys selling cars are aggravating and disappointing. Can’t trust what they say. Hard to go back. Jose martinez was AWESOME. Brandon Arnold in the internet department must be new as he got everything wrong. Hopefully he gets better and can honor what he says. More

He answered all of our questions and made sure to go above and beyond to make us feel comfortable during any waiting. He offered coffee and was very informative. Ian was also very patient during the contract signing process and answered our many questions. We will definitely return to Lancaster Toyota when we are ready to upgrade our other vehicle (Tundra) to a new model. Overall we are very pleased!! More
