Hi Erick, We're sorry we were unable to inform you that the part was in when we ordered it initially on 12/28/2018. We left multiple messages on two different phone numbers. The part was returned. We ordered it again on 2/23/2019. We called and again left messages but we were unable to speak with you. We offered you a rental to drive while we fixed the belt as this was a serious safety issue but you declined. When you came in on 3/5/2019 without an appointment at 3:47 and demanded we fix it, we pulled a technician from another job to get it done (that's who he went and spoke to on your behalf). We are grateful for your business and hope to see you again in our service drive. We are glad that the issue has been resolved and wish you safe and happy driving! Toyota of Lancaster

Hi Joe, We are sorry that you are having these issues with your vehicle. We found the electrical issues you are experiencing are due to the aftermarket modifications that were made. We advised you to return to the outside shop that performed the modifications to your vehicle and have them look into it as they could have damaged other electrical components in the process. We cannot move forward with a diagnosis until all modifications are removed. Thank you for your feedback. Toyota of Lancaster

Just so you are aware I did go and checked with them and they went thru every wire and remove it all aftermarket wire and said there no way that any of there wires interfere with original wires nothing was damaged and that they have put it about 10 months ago that if it was something they did it should if been showing right there and there the problem is something with the truck not the aftermarket parts now I spent money with them cause I was told something by your technician that has nothing to do with what they did I'm very frustrated with the bad info giving to me and all I want is the problem fix truck is practically new with less than 10 thousand miles wish I can change the review but this is how I feel.
