Recall notice for 2017 Toyota Prius After I received the recall notice I made an appointment. I received an email reminding me of the appointment the day before. The service departmen After I received the recall notice I made an appointment. I received an email reminding me of the appointment the day before. The service department was very busy but they were able to process my car fairly quickly. The check in service representatives were courteous. After being checked in I was asked to discuss the reason for my visit with another service representative, MAXIMILLIANO CIOTT . He went over what was to be done to the car and gave me an estimate for when the repairs would be finished. He was courteous, knowledgeable and spot on the time when my car was finished. Very impressive! More

Spend time 6.30 hrs. for no service??? So he said I need to spend time whole day for check my car ....(9.30-4.00 is not whole day??? I waited for nothing in my car ?) So disappointed your service I don’t know what happens about your process but if customers spend time whole day for no service that so rude. If you’re not available why didn’t told me and reschedule for appointments. More

Waitted 1 1/2 hr for ride home. Daughter picked me up. Call that car was ready at 2:00PM. No value to having appointment if estimate of completion is so long. That job should not take more then a couple of hours. the van rides don't operate frequently enough. Need more vans ! I'll probably use Jify Lub in the future; cheaper and faster!! Talked to an acquanteane who was in for a recall and had been waiting 4 hrs at that point. The service advisor was great but a prisoner of your scheduling system. Don Gatlin More
