Took in our 2022 Toyota Highlander Hybrid because the driver side mirror shakes. They replaced it with a new one. The new mirror was worse than the old one. Then the door lock stopped working, they forgo driver side mirror shakes. They replaced it with a new one. The new mirror was worse than the old one. Then the door lock stopped working, they forgot to attach it when they put the door panel back on. So I had to make another appointment for them to fix it and check the new mirror. Sure I'll take another day off. Took it in, they fixed the door lock but now it makes a clicking noise when unlocked which they said was normal even though it didn't make that noise before. Then they said they would have to order another mirror and would call me in a few days once the part was in. So a week goes by with no call so I called them and yep they had the part in, probably by the next day. So I took another day off to take the Highlander in, waited close to 2 hrs but worth it right? Nope the new mirror shakes too. But at least Eduardo Jimenez told me about it instead of seeing it once I drove away. So apparently there's nothing they can do, it's up to the manufacturer to fix it and do a recall. To top it off this isn't the only issue with the vehicle. When driving you can hear wind noise which gets louder the faster you drive, so when you're on the freeway it sounds like you're in a wind tunnel. Horrible right? It doesn't take a genius to figure out it's the weather rubber seals but they won't change them and we can't do it ourselves because it would void the warranty. These issues were from the beginning so we've been dealing with different dealerships for over a year now. You would think that Toyota would have better customer support and get it fixed, I mean it's a new vehicle and not a cheap costing vehicle either. It would be nice if Toyota just cared about their customers. All we get is the run around and the only outcome has been our time, the time we take off of work, the gas we spent taking it to different dealerships, the hours we wait, all for nothing. This is our fourth Toyota vehicle and will be our last. We just bought another vehicle but we went with Honda because of all the issues we've had with Toyota. Wished we had gone with Honda from the beginning. More

Eddie Jimenez is AWESOME ! ! When he recommends a service its not because he wants you to spend more $$ but because he really care about you driving safely on the road . This gu ! This guy is VERY straightforward (is a polite way of course lol ) & will let you know what needs immediate attention vs something you can hold off for a few months but trust me ! The next time you see him , he will remind you abt the previous conversation you had to just to make sure you understand the risk. He’s not pushy but he will keep you aware . He’s very patient & informative so if you have a question PLEASE don’t hesitate to ask him . To Eddie there’s no such thing as “ silly” or “ dumb” questions he will explain it 50 different times in 50 different ways just so you understand completely . I mean I could go on & on about Eddie his customer service deserve a 20 star! Because 5 is not enough. Shout out to Toyota of Lancaster for having such a amazing EMPLOYEE !! #EDDIEDESERVEARAISE!
