I had my 2010 Prius serviced at Toyota of Lancaster for 16 years and they did an Excellent Job! When I spoke to Gustavo about a current severe problem with the Prius, he answered numerous questions, listen 16 years and they did an Excellent Job! Gus knew I had been interested in a RAV4 hybrid and directed me to the Perfect Person, Kevin V. I am Very, VERY happy with the Service, Parts, AND Sales (and Finance, too) departments. I have always had Excellent care with whatever department I was dealing these past 16 years. And that will continue with the 2024 RAV4 hybrid that I just purchased from them. All my questions were answered in a complete and respectful way. They even beat the interest rate my credit union offered! I made an appointment online for 2pm I took my day off to be on time . Whet I arrived they told me we don’t see you appoiment but we can take your car no worries .
