Hi LEAGLE96, The recent cold weather can decrease tire pressure and cause your warning light to appear even when correctly inflated. This light disappears after the temperature has warmed. After examining your appointment, I found the technician inspected & measured all four tires and checked for proper inflation. The technician noted that all four tires were set at 40 psi and left them at that number. Given the statements above, along with the technician's examination, we don't think we missed a nail. Hi jlieu74, The Service Director was conferred with while looking at your hood. He advised that there was too much damage and did not want to be liable for any additional breakage. We advised you to have the hood fixed before we addressed any mechanical issues, and recommended a local body shop. We sometimes have to advise against our customer's urging, and while we understand how frustrating this can be, we thought it was the most prudent decision.
