Top notch customer service I brought my car in for a new battery. I did not have an appointment, I was a walk in, at the end of the day. I explained to Joey that I really neede I brought my car in for a new battery. I did not have an appointment, I was a walk in, at the end of the day. I explained to Joey that I really needed my car fixed, since I needed it for work. Joey checked my car’s info and assured me that the job would be taken care of through warranty. The job was handled quickly and I was back on the road in no time. Joey really made me appreciate Toyota, as I have heard of many other dealerships giving people the run-around for warranty issues. Amazing Customer Service Stephanie Santiago did an amazing job helping us resolve our issues on not one, but two vehicles, brought in together from out of the area. We live in in a town with a Toyota dealer, however the service we have received from them in the past has been, needless to say, far below industry standards. Which is why we called and Stephanie was very helpful she gave us all the insight into what was needed for our vehicles. Along with setting the appointments up at the same time, conveniently making no need for dual trips. I would highly recommend those around me to travel to this dealership, not only for service but also for purchase. More
