First "Not Real Happy" Experience I purchased a '14 CPO Toyota Corolla two years ago here and I've never had it serviced anywhere else. I took it in for a routine oil change and wheel I purchased a '14 CPO Toyota Corolla two years ago here and I've never had it serviced anywhere else. I took it in for a routine oil change and wheel alignment. The oil change seemed fine, but when I drove it again my car pulled to the right just like it did before the alignment. I looked at my paperwork and there was no alignment paperwork. I figured that it wasn't done, even though I paid for it. Called up the service guy and he told me to bring it in and they would take a look at it. So far ok, I know sometimes things slip through. So when I pick it up again, they have alignment paperwork showing the "alignment" was done. Unfortunately, my car pulls almost just as bad as before (a little better) and now my steering wheel is not centered. I haven't had the time to mess with them anymore right now. Maybe on my next regular scheduled maintenance. More

Quick turnaround on a busy Saturday Came in mid-morning on a Saturday w/o an appt to a very busy Service Dept. The SM (Joey) said that they would not be able to get to my car until Mond Came in mid-morning on a Saturday w/o an appt to a very busy Service Dept. The SM (Joey) said that they would not be able to get to my car until Monday (understandble) and set me up with rental car. Four hours later, the SM called to tell me that they had gotten an opportunity to check my car and had determined that both my main and spare key fob batteries, had gone bad and that they were replacing same. By 4:30 PM, had my car back and working perfectly. More

Dash display problem I took a older Prius in to get the light display fixed. I called at 3pm and Joey got me in at 7 the next morning. I had a price by noon that same day I took a older Prius in to get the light display fixed. I called at 3pm and Joey got me in at 7 the next morning.
