No lounge area available. Even with renovation going on there should be somewhere for one waiting to sit and be comfortable. Not being prepared for appointment caused more wait Even with renovation going on there should be somewhere for one waiting to sit and be comfortable. Not being prepared for appointment caused more wait time. Upon arrival I was left standing in the cold. I eventually stepped inside sales room for warmth. I have been to other dealerships where I have someone that greets me and follows through making sure I am informed and comfortable during the process. I appreciated the ride home and back and the man that drove me was very nice. More
