The service is good. I guess due to the overwhelming need for service, transportation was somewhat delayed. It is in the interest of the customer to let them know that you will be at lunch or otherwise and who to talk with when they arrive if the service member who they saw will not be available. I am very impressed with Stephanie who does eveeything to ensure all queries are resolved before you leave and to make good on her words that she will get something done for you. There is one shuttle that really needs to be cleaned and air fresheners added to it. I do not write this ro offend anyone but so the company can enhance the services rendered. Thank you. More

I can walk into jiffy lube without an appointment and be in and out in 30 mins. The niceness of the staff is not worth the wait. I sat in my car in the service lane for nearly an hour before meeting with a service advisor. Chanin was working her butt off while her male counterparts spent most of their time on the phone or BS-ing with other workers, they probably only helped 2-3 clients while I waited. Phone calls and paperwork can always wait when you have clients waiting. If North Hollywood wasn’t so far to travel for a 5k service, I’d probably go there. I want to do business in my community, but when customer service fails, you look elseware. I usually use Rey Osuna, or Chanin who are both exceptional. More

Service Trey did an outstanding job in getting my CHR service done. He informed my that my battery failed during testing and would be replaced under warranty. Month ago another individual ordered my rear bumper reflector that was to be installed per service call. I never got called and the recall notice was expired.
