Telling them to remove your number from their system doesn't work. If you work with them, be prepared to be harassed. More

Felt as though I was being listened to. The staff cared. I called Toyota of Lawton after being sent to voicemail by another dealership. Justiin helped me, and he was very willing to listen. I told him the qualities and features I was looking for, and I told him how much I could spend. The vehicle I got had all the primary features on our list, and even amenities I wasn't expecting. Justin got me in the best vehicle I could get for the money. Now I have resale value. When we made requests and expressed concerns, the matters were dealt with immediately. Everyone who helped me from Justin who showed genuine concern for my family, to Christian who was just very polite and passed the time with pleasant conversation, to the finance team that checked us out, the experience was very positive and uplifting! I would highly recommend this dealership. We shopped for three weeks before we came here. I asked for a vehicle with a specific set of features. I got it that day, and we now own our dream vehicle. I live in California 1350 miles away from them, and contacted Amanda about the car, she was really helpful. When I asked for pictures or information about the vehicle it was done really fast. I felt bad because I called Amanda a lot, but she was willing to help. When she gave me the price of the vehicle and payment it was the exact amount. Staff at Toyota Lawton, are really friendly and helpful. They drove a hour and 30 minutes to pick us up at the airport (I did not ask they offered), the staff member (I wish I remember all the staff names so I can post it in in here) that picked us up , is really helpful guy. I really like how he didn't mention about the car instead he had friendly conversation about the state of Oklahoma, it was like he was our tour guide. Financial staff was also the same, friendly and honest. Maybe I'm not use to it due to living in California, but I do notice a difference from California salesman and Toyota of Lawton. There was no hassle or pressuring to buying vehicle. It was well worth the trip. My dad who also went with me was also impressed, he told them he his willing to travel 1300 miles away to do business with them. We drove the vehicle back to California with no problems. We are really happy with the car.Again Thank you so much. More
