Deceived We were deceived on two accounts with this dealership. Purchase of warranty, that we were assured it was full coverage for all aspects of the car. Their response, nothing i can do about it. We purchased the vehicle in March of this year. Along with the financial problem on their end. I feel this dealership is not into servicing the customer. Treat people how you want to be treated shopping for used vehicle. Salesperson Shawn was knowledgable. Couldn't come to terms on a used car but issue I had was they left us in the waiting ro shopping for used vehicle. Salesperson Shawn was knowledgable. Used manager said they were getting another vehicle and nobody ever came back or talked to us. When I left asked the salesman what happened and he said oh we couldn't find it?!? Wanted to go back and buy car but went to Dallas instead cause I couldn't stand to give them my money after being treated like your business wasn't needed. More

Overall quality staff and service I was able to trade in my kia with a significant amount of negative equity. I was extremely uncertain that anything would even happen. Rip off I was interested in a used car. When we looked up the blue book value they were asking about $4000 more than it was worth. I was offered a terrible pr I was interested in a used car. When we looked up the blue book value they were asking about $4000 more than it was worth. I was offered a terrible price on my trade. 2015 10 month old car purchased for $31000 some how depreciated at least $10000 because I smoked in it and it had a few hail dings on it. There are no prices on any of the used cars so you go back and forth like a yo-yo. Won't discuss a firm price, want to haggle for hours. Had to ask for carfax 3 times. More
