I scheduled an early morning maintenance appointment last Friday to avoid a possible busy holiday weekend. Oscar was my service advisor during this visit. I planned on leaving the car at the dealership to head straight to work by 8am. Unsure If I should take public transportation or Uber to work, I quickly decided to ask about their complimentary drop off/pick up service. Oscar accommodated my request right away. Demetrius was my driver for that morning. He was also very professional. Demetrius got me to work safely and on-time, which I really appreciate.
