They used to be rather efficient but they have been taking longer and longer every time I go. The paper work said my car was ready 45 mins before I was notified that it was ready. The staff was great, and guess they did what they were supposed to, and didn’t put any “suspicious “ charges on the bill. The gentleman who was in charge of me was great AND did me a couple favors.
