the usedcars sales manager treated me like i were a bum . yelled at me at one point and told me that he didnt want to sell me the car. he also told me that someone else had purchased the car an hour before i yelled at me at one point and told me that he didnt want to sell me the car. he also told me that someone else had purchased the car an hour before i get there and he was not going to honor the price we discussed on the phone. and i have to beat the other customers price in order to purchase the car i felt like i were at an auction. i explained to him that i drove two hours to get to the dealership and he shook his head and told me that he didnt care. Being a woman I was a little bit nervous going in to buy a car. But from the minute I got there I was put at ease. Ben made me feel right at home and asked all the right questions. They didn't have the exact color that I wanted at the time, but I was assured by the sales manager Kenny that they would get my color in just a couple of days. Now come the negotiations. I have a limited budget so I was prepared to walk away if they couldn't do it. Well, my payment ended up being $6 more than I planned (not bad), and the next day Kenny called me and said that my car was in. The next day I drove off in my brand new Prius! After having a car totaled, I was in need of a new car, but I didn't know exactly what I wanted. After a lot of test drives--and a lot of patience from my salesperson--I got the car I wanted. I felt like I got special treatment throughout the process, especially since I took a lot of time to finally make my choice. And I ended up driving away very satisfied. So wouldn't you know, my family's other car needed some work soon after. I took my car to Grossinger and got the repairs I needed. The work was done in a timely manner and without breaking the bank. Again, I felt like I got special treatment. They'll continue to get my business! More

What a bunch of crap. This dealer commits bate and switch or is not on the up and up. The salesperson was very nice and kind. I drove over an hour to purchase the car was quote unquote being used by the owners daughter as a demo. So I give them a week so I can buy it after all a reputable dealer would not advertise unless the car was actually for sale. The General Manager is going to call the owners and get the car in that is an internet posted special deal. The next day the sales person calls me and told me the car is off the internet special and hung up the phone and left me hanging. This in my book is terrible service and treating me a repeat customer like a piece of junk. I was very surprised the dealer of Grossinger name on it would suck this bad. More
The Grossinger GM blamed Toyota Financial Services for increasing my lease payment on a 2012 Camry from $199 to $249 a month. I researched it and TFS's Christy Morales wrote me to say Grossinger included increasing my lease payment on a 2012 Camry from $199 to $249 a month. I researched it and TFS's Christy Morales wrote me to say Grossinger included the sales taxes in the lease deal to account for the increase. The deal was a trade in of my 2010 Camry lease, no money out of pocket, and $199 a month payment for a 2012 Camry lease. They cost me an additional $1,800 over the life of the lease because they cannot keep their word on an agreed upon deal. Worst dealer I have ever dealt with. They have/had an Worst dealer I have ever dealt with. They have/had an ad on their website for a Rav4 for $19495 plus 72 months 0% financing. At first I thought it was too good to be true, so I called in and spoke to the general manager, Irving. He told me that actually if I wanted that price it's only 60 months for 0%... Whatever, fair enough. I asked him to double check again because my drive there would be over an hour and I'll be definitely buying the car. He assured me that everything was as it's written. When we came there, we got a completely different story. In order to get that price and the financing you had to have met all the Toyota incentive programs, plus pay in cash. It's straight up impossible. How can I get the $750 cash payment incentive and also finance for 60 months. They gave me a runaround while I was there, and to the point where the manager told me to my face that I was lying and he never told me that the price was as described in the ad. Needless to say we just left and didn't waste our time. I could see that they were a scummy dealership a soon as they switched the pricing on us. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. STAY AWAY! More

This dealer will get never get my repeat business. Erwin, the GM, Cerry, the finance manager, Manny and Andy, the sales people gave me an additional $49 per month on my lease payment because they cannot kee the GM, Cerry, the finance manager, Manny and Andy, the sales people gave me an additional $49 per month on my lease payment because they cannot keep a deal. They blamed Toyota Financial Services for putting me in a higher financing tier. Toyota wrote me and explained that Grossinger added the sales tax which accounted for the increased monthly payment. Their lies cost me an additional $1,800 over the life of the lease. Go somewhere else. More
