My 3 1/2 year old RAV4 Hybrid had its routine maintenance service the other day. Making an appointment for this was easy and flawless. Waiting time was short and Roberto efficiently took care of the required service the other day. Making an appointment for this was easy and flawless. Waiting time was short and Roberto efficiently took care of the required paper work. I chose not to wait for the work to be completed and opted to have the Toyota porter drive me home jnstead. Roberto informed me later that additional services were recommended and which I approved by text message. Upon completion of the service work, I requested Roberto to have the porter pick me up from home and the same friendly porter, Jose drove me back to pick up my car. To say that this was a pleasant and seamless experience would be an understatement. Kudos to Roberto and Jose and the Toyota Service Dept. for helping make my day. More

I decided to take my care to another Toyota dealership to have it serviced. More
