Frustrating check In Appt at 9am, arrived 10-15 minutes early. Line of cars had formed and I waited in line. 10 minutes had passed and another Toyota driver pulled up. He Appt at 9am, arrived 10-15 minutes early. Line of cars had formed and I waited in line. 10 minutes had passed and another Toyota driver pulled up. He did not get in line but parked his car at the curb and got out. Check-in person walked to his car; I honked and held up my hands.
