Worth the Wait Decided just before Thanksgiving to purchase a 2018 Camry XSE from Pat Lobb's Toyota of Longview. Having bought four other vehicles from Lori Griffith Decided just before Thanksgiving to purchase a 2018 Camry XSE from Pat Lobb's Toyota of Longview. Having bought four other vehicles from Lori Griffith, we called to check availability. Because of the way we wanted the Camry dressed out, we had to let Will Dyer, General Sales Manager, find a specific vehicle for us. After a month wait, we took delivery of our beautiful new 2018 Camry XSE on December 23, 2017. What a fantastic Christmas present!! Lori Griffith and Will Dyer were both great to work with. Not sure either of them will know how to act without our calls asking "where is our new car?" over and over. Both were very sincere, helpful and friendly; explaining over and over the status of the vehicle. Brian Scott, Finance Manager, did a great job finishing the sale with all the paperwork. Even though I kidded with him about being a Texas A&M graduate, "Great Scott" still treated us in a professional, knowledgeable and friendly manner. Kudos go out to Harold Hurst, General Manager, for maintaining such a fantastic team at Pat Lobb's Toyota of Longview. Harold always recognizes us when we come in and makes a concerted effort to say "Hi" and chat a bit. Pat Lobb's Toyota of Longview feels like our extended family. More
